A little turbulence, anyone?

The National Aviation Company of India Ltd (NACIL) (Air India + Indian Airlines) is in a mess. In deep, unadulterated sh**e. Big time. And while the blame game continues unabated, why not add some fuel to the fire. (Though, the fire's too busy to catch this fuel, I bet. And quite a distance away from the fuel.)

So, would someone like to blame the genius who came up with this ingenious method of serving water on flights?
